1. Contest submission between October 1 to October 31, 2026.
2. Contestants must follow the guidelines below for entry to be valid:

   • Post your photo entry on your public Instagram and/or Facebook account, and tag us @pmi_gear
   • Your contest entry need to include 2 COMPONENTS:
     • The Photo or Video entry, and

   • Winners will be judged on the quality of the photo or video, creativity, adherence to the theme, and overall aesthetics of the photo

3. The contest is open to both professional and amateur photographers worldwide and must be 6 years old or above.
4. PMI Employees or direct family members of PMI employees may not enter this contest.
5. Minimal editing is allowed, however, all fog effects included in the photo should be practical and must not be AI-generated.
6. The contestant can only enter a maximum of 3 photos.
7. Entries created with collaborators are permitted; however, all prizes will be distributed exclusively to the primary account holder who submits the entry.
8. By submitting photos to the contest, you confirm that it is an original work captured by you, and you possess complete copyright ownership of the photos.
9. By participating in the contest, you grant Practical Magic & Innovations (PMI) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the photograph for the competition, promotion, and related activities.
10. The contest will retain the copyright of submitted photographs. PMI will credit the photographer whenever the photograph is used.
11. For internal judging purposes, the PMI team may at any point request an unedited copy of the contest submission during the contest period.
12. The Jury, comprised of the PMI team, will determine the winners. The decisions made by the jury will be considered final.
13. Finalists and winners will be contacted via the Social Media account used for submission.
14. PMI reserves the right to amend the contest rules, and make other arrangements without giving prior notice to competitors.
15. The terms and conditions found on PMI's official website shall prevail as the final version.
16. In case of any dispute, PMI reserves the right of final decision.
