PMI ships worldwide to available destinations shown at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. After your order is processed, you should receive a shipping confirmation or tracking update within 72 hours. Processing may take longer during product launches, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs process, and local delivery conditions.

USA and EU orders

For the USA and eligible EU destinations (Germany, France, etc.), PMI ships from within the USA/EU. PMI handles import tax for these USA/EU warehouse orders before delivery, so the carrier should not charge customers surprise import tax at delivery.

International orders outside the covered USA/EU destinations

For destinations outside PMI’s USA/EU duty-handled shipping route, import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

PMI cannot control customs delays or local tax decisions made by customs authorities or carriers.

Shipping restrictions

Some products, accessories, or replacement parts may be restricted in certain countries. Lithium batteries are not included unless clearly stated, due to shipping restrictions. Customers should use compatible batteries as specified in the product manual.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before placing your order. PMI is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at cs@pmigear.com with your order number and photos of the package and item.

If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us, and we will help review the shipment with the carrier.
