User Data Deletion Instructions (PMI Gear)

PMI Gear respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal data.

What you can request

You may request that we delete personal data associated with you, such as:

• Your name and contact information (if provided)
• Messages or support conversations you’ve had with us
• Order information (where legally and operationally possible)
• Marketing subscription details (email/SMS)

How to request deletion

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request

In your email, include:

1. Your full name
2. The email address and/or phone number you used with PMI Gear
3. Any relevant order number(s) (if applicable)
4. A brief description of what you want deleted (optional, but helpful)

Identity verification

To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless we need additional time for legal, security, or operational reasons.

What we may retain

In some cases, we may need to retain certain records for:

• Legal and tax compliance
• Fraud prevention and security
• Warranty, dispute resolution, or accounting requirements

When retention is required, we will limit access and keep the data only as long as necessary.
