STEP 1: PRIVATE SUBMISSION
  • Portrait photo(s) featuring fog effects of any type.
  • Each photo must NOT exceed 100MB. 
  • Photo(s) must be in PNG or JPG file formats.
  • The competitor can enter a maximum of 3 photos.
  • The competitor must enter a behind-the-scenes photo or video showing the fog machine in creating the photos.

1. Contest submission between 00:00 AM GMT+8, on April 6 to 23:59 PM, May 6, 2024. 
2. The submitted photos must prominently showcase the fog effects produced by either SmokeGENIE or SmokeNINJA. The competitor does not need to be the owner of the fog machines involved. 
3. For a submission to be valid, competitor must complete both Step 1 (online submission) and Step 2 (Google form submission) to enter. 
4. Minimal editing is allowed, however, the fog effects should be practical and must not be AI-generated. 
5. The competitor can only enter a maximum of 3 photos. Each photo must NOT exceed 100MB and must be in PNG or JPG file formats.
6. By submitting photos to the contest, you confirm that it is an original work captured by you, and you possess complete copyright ownership of the photos.
7. By participating in the contest, you grant Practical Magic & Innovations (PMI) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the photograph for the contest, promotion, and related activities.
8. The competitor will retain the copyright of submitted photographs. PMI will credit the photographer whenever the photograph is used. 
9. The Jury, comprised of the PMI team and the guest judges panel, will determine the winners. The decisions made by the jury will be considered final.
10. PMI reserves the right to amend the contest rules, and make other arrangements without giving prior notice to competitors.
11. The terms and conditions found on PMI's official website shall prevail as the final version.
12. In case of any dispute, PMI reserves the right of final decision.

Laowa Coupon Terms & Conditions
1. The coupon codes provided by Laowa Camera Lenses can be used on all Laowa lenses on the venuslens.net website, except for accessories, pre-order items, and items on sale. 
2. The coupon code is valid for 1 year from the winner's announcement date. 
3. Each coupon code can be applied to all products in the shopping cart simultaneously, but can only be used once. 
4. Laowa may modify or terminate the coupon code program without prior notice. 
5. The coupon code cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. 
6. The coupon code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
7. The coupon code is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner. 
8. Laowa may cancel or void any coupon code obtained through fraudulent means. 
9. By using the coupon code, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
