Conçu pour être facile à utiliser : placez le SmokeNINJA Pro dans la pochette dédiée, choisissez la configuration de tubes à utiliser et regardez la fumée émerger de votre corps, de votre tête, de vos bras… à vous de choisir !

What is the PMI Smoke Vest?

The PMI Smoke Vest is a plug-and-play costume smoke harness for on-body smoke effects. It lets you route smoke through built-in tubing so effects can appear from the torso, head, arms, or other planned points on the body.

Which fog machine should I use with the Smoke Vest?

For on-body smoke effects, we recommend using SmokeNINJA PRO V2 with the PMI Smoke Vest. The vest is also compatible with the original SmokeNINJA and SmokeGENIE fog machines. Only use PMI-branded fog machines with the Smoke Vest.

Is the fog machine included with the Smoke Vest?

The Vest Only option does NOT include a fog machine. If you need the fog machine and vest together, choose the COSPLAYER BUNDLE or PROPS BUILDER BUNDLE based on your setup needs.

What effects can I create with the Smoke Vest?

You can create wearable smoke effects for cosplay armor, creature suits, masks, props, stage costumes, and camera-ready SFX looks. The tubing system helps place smoke around the body instead of relying on a handheld machine off-camera.

How does the Smoke Vest route smoke?

The Smoke Vest uses durable PU tubing with evenly spaced holes to spread smoke through the costume harness. Extra tubing is included for custom layouts, so you can adapt the routing for torso, head, arm, or prop-based effects.

Is the Smoke Vest safe for on-body use?

SmokeNINJA PRO V2 with the PMI Smoke Vest is designed for on-body use with a dedicated splash-proof, heat-resistant protective pouch. Always follow the product tutorial and manual, test the full setup before a shoot or performance, and keep outlets and hot parts positioned correctly.

Can I wear it under or over a costume?

Yes. The adjustable arm and shoulder straps help the vest fit different costume sizes and body setups. Test the fit, smoke direction, and movement range before going on camera or on stage.

How do I set up the Smoke Vest?

Place the SmokeNINJA PRO V2 in the dedicated protective pouch, choose your tubing setup, and route the smoke to the body area you want to highlight. PMI’s video tutorial covers common torso, head, and arm setups.

Which Smoke Vest bundle should I choose?
