Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PM Gear! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: Your item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: We require your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for a refund. These include:
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that show clear signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original credit card or original payment method.
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Return Address: Please contact us before sending any items back to receive the correct return shipping address.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exchanges and Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please email us directly to arrange the replacement.
