To allow owners of previous model of SmokeGENIE to enjoy the new features on our 2023 upgrade, we are offering a Trade-in program for all previous users of SmokeGENIE.

New features after the trade-in:

• Coated exterior.

• Better stability (continuous output at all 5 smoke levels)

• All new PRO MODE (Higher smoke output + more control over the wind speed)

• Magic Remote compatibility (Multi unit control/ 4 different control settings

For the trade-in program, previous SmokeGENIE will need to be shipped back to PMI HK warehouse at owner's cost. 

Trade-in procedure

1) Purchase 2023 SmokeGENIE Trade in Program. Please enter the address for the upgraded unit. Please see below for detail about what to send back.

2) Email us the serial number of your SmokeGENIE (8 digits number, can be found under the battery cover), this is for identifying the returned machine. 

3) Return the machine to our HK Warehouse address below. Please note that the cost of shipping the unit back to us is NOT included in the 2023 SmokeGENIE Trade in Program.
